The cocktail programme is complemented by a menu of select offerings from Chop Chop by Four Seasons, The Hippodrome’s award-winning contemporary Chinese restaurant. Old Hong Kong-inspired bites will include an offering of Dim Sum, Spring Rolls, Salt & Pepper Prawns, and much more. Best of all, the bar is open till late and Chop Chop serves until 4 am so this is definitely somewhere to go for some late-night vibes.

Behind the hidden entrance, guests enter a secret realm of personal indulgence. Here, a unique blend of discreet excitement and intrigue creates an atmosphere unmatched by any other venue in the city. Renowned film, television, and theatrical production designer Rachel O’Toole crafted the bar’s rich interior. She enveloped a central bar with counter seating, perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the art of mixology.
Intimate seating nooks, upholstered in plush fabric with brushed metal detailing, bring a contemporary flair to the Fin de Siècle architecture. This design provides a haven for inspired conversation. Additionally, the bar features walls of exposed brick and dark woodwork accents, along with an eclectic collection of lore-inspired relics. Notably, a one-of-a-kind gramophone allows guests to access recordings of iconic Hippodrome headliner performances from its 124-year history, creating the perfect soundtrack for their evening.
