The Clueless Menu: From West Hollywood to the West End, a Bold New Collaboration Brings Flair, Flavour, and Fabulousness

Cocktail & Amuse Bouche
Chercules Signature Cocktail – Because Cher is a superhero of matchmaking. A daring blend of D’YAVOL vodka, zesty lime, fresh raspberries, and a hint of heroism that results in a fabulous sweet-sour drink. This was so well balanced and a great start to the experience.
“Ugh, As If!” Amuse Bouche – A roasted cumin muffin; a small yet bold dish, just like Tai’s iconic makeover moment. This bite-sized luxury delivers a spiced dish with earthy, nutty aromas. This was a real revelation. We could have had 20 of these gorgeous pillowy cumin infused muffins.

Starters
Choose one of the following delights to begin the evening.
“Makeover Montage” Khubani Aloo Tikki Chaat – Because everyone loves a before-and-after glow-up. A vegan dish that brings about a crispy aloo tikki and apricot paired with a trio of sauces.
“Totally Buggin’” Jaipur Baby Aloo – Like Amber—bold and full of flavour. Spiced crispy baby potatoes served with sour cream for a savoury finish.
“Baldwin’s Favourite” Noor Mahal Chicken Tikka – Because a Baldwin-level hottie needs a dish just as smooth. Classic chicken tikka with fresh dip & lime. A gracious dish with crispy, perky dressing.
“You’re a Virgin Who Can’t Drive” Anglo Indian Chicken Chop – A bold choice for anyone still figuring things out. Madras-spiced pulled chicken cutlet, tender and juicy, paired with salad and tomato raisin relish.

Mains
Choose one of the following dishes for the main course. All of them are served with flavourful steamed rice.
“Totally Clueless” Gutti Vankaya – Like Tai’s journey, full of surprises and little spicy twists. Andhra-style aubergines in tangy tamarind gravy. Spicy and sharp with a sweet-sour dressing, this dish is for the adventurous.
“Beverly Hills Royalty” Paneer Pakeezah – A dish fit for a queen—or at least, the most popular girl in school. Both vegan and gluten-free, this paneer comes in a royal creamy sauce, accompanied by silver leaf and green cress.
“Rollin’ with the Homies” Prawn Moilee – A smooth, classic choice. Just like Elton’s love story. Prawns in lightly spiced coconut milk curry for a delicious and sophisticated choice.
“The Paul Rudd Never Ages” Butter Chicken – Timeless, smooth, and impossible not to love—just like Paul Rudd. Boneless morsels of chicken in rich velvety tomato and cashew gravy resulting in a lavish and unique dish.

Dessert
“Cher’s Perfect Match” Mishti Doi Cheesecake – Sweet, smooth, and a little spiced—just like the love match. A Bengali yoghurt cake with rich creaminess, sweetened with lime & jaggery syrup for a tropical, delightful finish.

Colonel Saab: Where Heritage Meets Modern Glamour
Found in London’s iconic Trafalgar Square, Colonel Saab is a luxurious tribute to Indian heritage and culinary innovation. Inspired by his parents’ journeys across India, Roop Partap Choudhary created the restaurant as a “love letter” to his family and homage to India. Colonel Saab offers more than just cuisine; it presents a narrative through its museum-worthy Indian artefacts, striking interiors, acclaimed menu, and each location showcasing a distinct aspect of his parents’ stories.

Clueless The Musical
The show itself was funny, well-performed and energetic. The Trafalgar Theatre is a fairly intimate 600 seat room so there was a great atmosphere. Featuring new music by multi-platinum singer-songwriter KT Tunstall, the songs are cactchy and fun. Songs in the new version of the show include ‘Perfect’, ‘Human Barbies’ and ‘Clueless’. The musical’s soundtrack is a celebration of catchy 90s tunes, energetically performed by this talented cast.

Overall
This themed dining collaboration honours not only Clueless the movie, but also Aisha, its Bollywood adaptation. Colonel Saab’s menu captures the essence of both adaptations, providing a multi-sensory journey through cuisine and culture.
Whether you’re a long-time fan of Clueless, discovering Emma anew, or simply seeking a memorable pre-theatre dinner, the Colonel Saab x Clueless experience promises an evening filled with glamour, nostalgia, and gastronomic brilliance.
