You can enjoy small plates and Ruinart Champagne cocktails including La Maison Royale with Belvedere, Lingonberries Apéritif, Rosemary Parfum and Ruinart Brut or enjoy a full dining experience paired with Ruinart’s cuvées.

The menu, crafted by Holborn Dining Room’s Head Chef, Liam Fauchard-Newman and in partnership with Ruinart, encapsulates the essence of winter warmers, with dishes including a roasted garlic and thyme baked Camembert Served with an ale and pear chutney and sourdough bread; Lake District venison and duck pâté en croûte with a Christmas spiced chutney on the side and Game pie with a thyme stuffing and blackberry jus. These dishes have been designed to pair with Ruinart’s cuvées; R de Ruinart, Ruinart Rosé and Ruinart Blanc de Blancs are all available by the glass for guests to enjoy. Desserts incorporate timeless British classics such as blackberry and apple crumble and warm mince pies which can be savoured with aromatic flavours from Glenmorangie 10 y/o mulled wine and Hennessy V.S. hot chocolate.

Tucked in Rosewood London’s iconic courtyard, it is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of champagne, whilst admiring this year’s exclusive Christmas tree, in collaboration with British jeweler, Garrard, as the property celebrates its milestone 10-year anniversary. The 24ft Christmas tree has been beautifully decorated with Garrard’s iconic Wings, perfectly accented with gold and midnight blue baubles.
