Jumeirah has officially announced the opening of a second location for its award-winning lifestyle experience, SAL Saadiyat Island. This addition follows its resounding success at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, one of the must-visit icons of Dubai.
SAL Saadiyat Island delivers a sophisticated and relaxed dining experience in a stunning new beachfront setting: it’s the epitome of barefoot chic. Its menu has notes of Italian and Mediterranean, cuisine, with classic favourites like King Crab & Homemade Trenette Pasta and Sea Salt Crusted Sea Bass.

The Venue
In a modern mirrored venue which reflects the beautiful surroundings as well as blending seamlessly with the environment, SAL Saadiyat Island is the ideal setting for relaxing and hanging out. It features its own dedicated infinity swimming pool and section of beach for those wanting to make a day of it. SAL Saadiyat Island itself is set against a beautiful backdrop of crystal-clear azure waters, offering several cabana spaces along with pool access.
The cabana offers a more private experience for a relaxing getaway, although the poolside will deliver a more social setting. With either, there’s an opportunity to indulge in the glittering waters of Arabian Golf.

The Dining
Taking the reins at SAL Saadiyat Island is Head Chef, Vincenzo Nigro. He joins SAL Saadiyat Island with two decades of experience, having worked with some of the world’s best-known luxury hotels across Australia, Mauritius, Russia and Dubai.
Starters include oysters, clams and prawns for a fresh seaside indulgence. Meat and fish are also offered, along with classic pizzas and pasta, with an elevated twist: truffle and lobster. Tapas and salads give a classic Mediterranean feel, for a refreshing experience. To finish off, desserts are offered, with some sweet delights compiled as plates to share.
SAL Saadiyat Island’s menu is able to combine barefoot luxury with flavour-packed Southern European cuisine in a strikingly successful manner. People rave about the signature King Crab & Homemade Trenette Pasta dish, among other fusion dishes.
