Officially in festive mode to celebrate 10 years of countless cocktails and a legacy of after-dark glamour, it is setting the stage for the next 10 years of nightlife excellence with a brand new global cocktail menu and an ever-so-glamorous launch party.
Sexy Fish Turning 10
Sexy Fish has become a global icon since opening in 2015 at Mayfair’s Berkeley Square, becoming known for extravagant dining, beautifully clad bouncers and bold design. It has challenged expectations through the pioneering of cocktails and holding the world’s largest Japanese whisky collection, upholding the reputation for the most inventive drink programmes in the city.
Now, after a decade of shaking up London’s dining and nightlife scene, with locations in Miami, Manchester, and Dubai, Sexy Fish marks this milestone with a fresh chapter, an entirely new cocktail menu titled ‘X’. It is a tribute to 10 years of flavour, flair and fearless creativity.

THE Party in London
The star-studded 10th anniversary cocktail menu launch party took place on Thursday 26th June, where guests including Sugababes Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan, Strictly stars Katya Jones and Carlos Gu and a glittering crowd of industry insiders and tastemakers gathered for an immersive evening. We enjoyed an evening of music, iconic drink lists and classic dishes. As signature bites and small plates flowed, so were creations from the new cocktail X menu, which features 20 reinvented cocktails from 2015 to 2025.
While the food and drinks were impeccable, so was the entertainment. Dancers, drummers, live musicians and DJs transformed the Mayfair hotspot into a kaleidoscope of sound and spectacle. It was a bold statement that Sexy Fish, 10 years in, is just getting started.

The New Cocktail Menu Concept
The ‘X’ Cocktail Menu is more than a list of drinks, it’s a celebration of the stories, collaborations and cultural currents that have shaped Sexy Fish over the past 10 years. Developed by Xavier Landais, Director of Beverage at Caprice Holdings, who has worked alongside with Sexy Fish and Caprice Holdings for 20 years, and his teams across four global cities, the collection reimagines 20 of the brand’s most iconic cocktails from 2015 to 2025, each reworked for the modern palate using contemporary techniques and globally sourced ingredients.
The selection includes 10 spirited cocktails and 10 no-low alcohol by volume serves, reflecting a growing shift towards mindful drinking without compromising flavour or experience. From fashion and fine art to Japanese culture and the Silk Road, the inspirations behind these drinks are as layered as the liquids themselves.

The Drinks
The new ‘X’ cocktail menu is a decade distilled, 20 reimagined drinks that capture the evolution of Sexy Fish’s style, spirit and storytelling. Each serve blends technical innovation with nostalgic nods to menus past, reworked for today’s drinker with global ingredients, unexpected flavour combinations, and a touch of theatre. It is updated with precision, but rooted in Sexy Fish’s signature playfulness and panache. Below, a look at some of the standout serves from the collection.

Son of Gibraltar
A bold, fruit-forward blend with a fashion-forward soul, Son of Gibraltar pays homage to John Galliano’s iconic British style through Tanqueray No.Ten Gin, passion fruit, peach, kiwi and a citrusy kick of bergamot. It’s Sexy Fish’s take on haute couture in cocktail form, flamboyant, artful, and totally unforgettable.

Rhubarb & Custard
Playful yet polished, this reinvention of a British classic is equal parts nostalgia and decadence. Hendrick’s Gin is paired with tart rhubarb, velvety passion fruit, banana and vanilla for a silky, dessert-like finish. Rhubarb & Custard is what happens when the sweetshop grows up, but keeps its edge.

Golden Riviera
This spiced, sun-drenched twist on a margarita earned its stripes as Sexy Fish’s World Class cocktail competition entry, and it’s easy to see why. Don Julio Blanco Tequila meets peach, citrus, Provençal oregano and a whisper of chipotle for a drink that’s refreshing, herbal and just the right amount of smoky.

Yuzu & Mint
Cool, citrusy and quietly complex, Yuzu & Mint channels the elegance of the Trinity menu with Japanese precision. Suntory Toki Whisky anchors the drink, lifted by Luxardo Bitter Bianco, fresh mint, creamy butter and fragrant yuzu. A cocktail that balances sharpness, texture and subtle warmth, made to sip slow and savour.

Miso Thirsty
It is a bold take on a house classic from the debut 2015 menu, combining Hibiki Harmony Whisky with Miso, Plum and Sesame. It’s smooth, umami rich and a perfect nod to the venue’s whisky legacy.

Fit as a Fiddle
A vibrant, low alcohol option made with Código 1530 Rosa Tequila, Yuzu, Pineapple, Hibiscus and Coconut, delivers both levity and layered complexity, ideal for the modern drinker.

Super Magic Monkey
An East meets West adventure originally born in 2019 and now updated with Altamura Vodka, Gochujang, Ginger, Whey and Coconut. Inspired by Shanghai and the Silk Road, it’s a cocktail that feels both nostalgic and entirely new.
Together, these cocktails don’t just mark a milestone, they redefine it. With every pour, Sexy Fish proves that innovation and indulgence can go hand in hand, offering a menu that celebrates its past while boldly raising a glass to the future.
