Breakfast
During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of sampling an impressive range of breakfast and brunch options that certainly cater to every taste and mood at Mint, one of the main restaurants of the hotel.
To begin with, the Bread Basket is a delightful way to start the morning, featuring an enticing selection of viennoiseries served with butter, jam, and honey. For a refreshing yet indulgent option, I tried the Smoothie Bowl, which blended dates, tahini, and cardamom into a tantalising smoothie, topped with toasted almonds, homemade granola, and a medley of seasonal fresh fruits.
For those looking to experience local flavours, the Moroccan Crêpes made with msemen and baghrir, paired with butter and honey, provided a distinctive twist on classic morning dishes.
The menu also caters to lovers of hearty, internationally inspired fare. The Huevos Rancheros, presented a creative fusion of sunny-side-up eggs, zesty salsa roja, corn tortillas, fresh cheese, avocado, and a garnish of onion and coriander. For a classic indulgence, the Eggs Benedict offers a sophisticated assembly on toasted batbout with perfectly poached eggs, mashed avocado, silky hollandaise sauce, alongside baked potatoes and roasted cherry tomatoes, with premium versions featuring smoked salmon or lobster.
Overall, the culinary journey here is both diverse and artfully executed, blending international inspirations with local flavours to create a breakfast experience that is as refined as it is memorable.

History of the Four Seasons Casablanca
The Four Seasons Casablanca plays a vital role in the Anfa Place Living Resort, a comprehensive tourism and leisure development masterminded by Norman Foster. It was built on the former site of a four-star hotel, which required extensive demolition and renovation before taking shape. The hotel combines modern architectural design with traditional Moroccan aesthetics, creating a unique and striking appearance. The sand-coloured exterior was designed by Foster + Partners, the interiors were crafted by G.A. Design, and EDG was responsible for the creation of the signature restaurant.
