Benx | Bueno Netto has been recognised by Luxury Lifestyle Awards with two prestigious wins: Best Luxury Mixed-Use Development for Parque Global in Brazil and Best Luxury Residential Development for Arbórea Itaim in Brazil. These awards highlight Benx | Bueno Netto’s ability to deliver large-scale urban regeneration while creating residential experiences defined by innovation and sophistication.
Parque Global is one of Latin America’s most ambitious urban projects, transforming 218,000 m² along São Paulo’s Pinheiros River into a vibrant mixed-use ecosystem. The development includes luxury residences, a hospital, an education centre, retail, a hotel, and over 58,000 m² of green areas, all designed to reconnect the city with nature. Thousands of native trees and ecological landscaping by Ricardo Cardim have revitalised the area, while a bird-monitoring program has already documented more than 77 species. Beyond the development itself, the creation of the Bruno Covas Linear Park has given the wider community a new riverside destination now enjoyed by more than 100,000 visitors each month.
Arbórea Itaim, on the other hand, demonstrates Benx’s philosophy of personalisation. With just 28 residences, its 360° floor plans maximise light and views while offering complete freedom for customisation. Interiors by Piero Lissoni and landscaping by Orsini further elevate the experience.
