Cut At 45 Park Lane is launching a new California-inspired brunch, masterminded by Executive Chef Elliott Grover.
The new exciting menu will feature a range of dishes that are inspired by the flavours of the west coast, as well as a selection of tempting milkshakes and slushies. The brunch menu will be available every Saturday and will showcase the best of California cuisine. Expect dishes such as beef short rib with buttermilk waffle, avocado, crème fresh and pickled vegetables, accompanied by US brunch favourites from acai bowls to fluffy pancakes served with seasonal berries and maple butter.
Light bites start the brunch with spicy tuna tartare cones served alongside smoked salmon blinis. And no brunch is complete without delicious drinks to accompany, including the Baileys and Oreo milkshake, the strawberry & mint vodka slushy, or the frozen Brandy Alexander.
This is a great follow-on from the dishes Elliott prepare when he was catering for the 2023 Oscars alongside celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. Elliott spent weeks in California earlier this year when he served up a British feast at The Governor’s Ball, and now he is bringing the sunshine back from California to 45 Park Lane.
Executive chef Elliott Grover said: “The menu is a selection of my favourite brunch items, inspired by the fresh, vibrant flavours of California, mixed with hearty American classics. I have no doubt that our guests will love the new weekend addition – whether you’re in the mood for something savoury or sweet, we’ve got you covered.”
The Beverly Hills Brunch at CUT at 45 Park Lane is £55 for two courses, including a glass of Rathfinny.
