Famed Champagne and hot dog concept, Bubbledogs, makes its triumphant return this summer at 45 Park Lane from 10 May 2024 in an alfresco pop-up at 45 Park Lane’s exclusive 22-seat terrace: CUT Out.
This rather special offering has been months in the making. In collaboration with 45 Park Lane’s executive chef Elliott Grover and the founders of Bubbledogs and two Michelin-starred Kitchen Table, Sandia Chang and James Knappett, the bespoke menu of gourmet hotdogs and grower Champagne pairings will be available exclusively at the aptly named ‘Bubbledogs at 45.’

The Return of a Cult Favourite
The beloved Bubbledogs restaurant, with a cult following, closed at its previous incarnation within Michelin-starred Kitchen Table in 2020, and will return to Dorchester Collection’s 45 Park Lane with a special menu available from 10 May to 29 September 2024, for lunch and dinner.

A Fusion of Culinary Expertise
Elliott’s flair for modern American cooking blends seamlessly with James’ focus on British traditions and flavours, matched with carefully selected grower Champagnes hand-selected by Sandia. Both chefs are passionate about using the best ingredients and have incorporated this into all elements of the menu. Elevating the humble hot dog has never been in more safe hands than with Elliott Grover who has such a deep understanding of the simplicities and complexities of flavour.
The hotdogs are created to Bubbledogs specifications with top-quality ingredients from The Franconian Sausage Company, served in freshly baked rolls from the CUT Pastry Kitchen, led by the lovely Niamh Larkin. The menu will consist of innovative flavour pairings served alongside fun finger foods including American classic tater tots spiced with Japanese togarashi, CUT’s famed Mac & Cheese, and Bubbledogs signature Buffalo Chicken Wings. For dessert, there is a chocolate hot dog made with Jivara chocolate ganache on a cinnamon brioche with a cherry & passion fruit sauce.

Hotdog Creations
The menu will feature a selection of imaginative hotdogs with highlights including, the Native Dog, a crispy native lobster tempura, with Marie rose sauce and beluga caviar, the Kagoshima, an A5 Wagyu striploin, with Japanese mayo, and shaved summer truffle, and the Fourth of July, a spicy BBQ sauce with coleslaw and crispy bacon.

A Unique Dining Experience
This partnership will offer a unique dining experience with innovative and fun dishes, a much needed element in the world of Mayfair dining. For devoted Bubbledogs enthusiasts, it’s the perfect chance to savour their beloved gourmet hotdogs again and enjoy the summer on the terrace at 45 Park Lane.
