The Carlton Tower Jumeirah has created ‘The Season for Dreams’, which will see the hotel transformed into a spellbinding winter utopia. Inspired by the snowy villages of fairytale books and days gone by, ‘The Season for Dreams’, will transport guests on a captivating adventure designed to surprise and delight during the most wonderful time of the year.

Masterfully designed by renowned royal florist Moyses Stevens — whose history dates to 1876 — the lobby’s festive installation will incorporate ice-like decorations and crystallised ornaments creating a perpetually frozen land. Children will also be able to post their letters from the lobby to Lapland with the hotel’s own Christmas post-box, whilst the ‘Santa’s Mission’ programme during Christmas week promises an exciting range of activities for little ones.
The General Manager of The Carlton Tower Jumeirah, the utterly charming Gianluca Priori said they are committed to delivering luxurious festive enchantment this holiday season by providing guests with the opportunity to experience the charm of ‘The Season for Dreams’.
“Our range of limited-edition festive offerings have been designed to delight and surprise guests, while also showcasing Jumeirah’s signature hospitality,” Gianluca said. “This year’s captivating campaign will ensure that guests have not only an unforgettable stay, but an extraordinary Christmas.”

Putting a seasonal twist on its award-winning offering, the hotel launched a Festive Afternoon Tea for £75 per adult, available now until 5 January 2024, in partnership with Jessica Preálpato, featuring an enticing new range of sweet and savoury delights. For a memorable Christmas experience, join The Carlton Tower Jumeirah for a Christmas Day Tea for £95 per adult.

These savoury bites sit alongside a delightful selection of sweet treats, with standout dishes including an orange and cinnamon butter powder tart and an apple, clove and cajou tart, both are bound to delight with their classic Christmas flavours.
The hotel is also offering two signature desserts throughout the festive period — a Christmas log (single £15; log £80), available in both individual and large sizes, and a Couronne des Rois (single £8; large £55) with tasting notes of orange blossom and candied orange — both of which promise a truly delectable ending to a Christmas meal.

Guests looking for a light mid-afternoon snack can indulge in The Carlton Tower’s Scone Bar, offering an exciting range of flavours. Available until 5 January 2024 at The Chinoiserie from 12-5 pm, the experience includes a selection of six scones per person, paired with Mariage Freres Tea Jelly, and a pot of your preferred tea. The scones are also available to take away — with six scones available for £26 and three condiments, or eight scones with four condiments for £32 — a lovely pre-Christmas gift for loved ones or friends.

A Taste of Christmas in Italy with Al Mare
The hotel’s flagship restaurant, Al Mare will be offering a five-course Christmas Eve menu of modern Italian dishes. For the starter, enjoy Dover scallops with Oscietra caviar, cannellini beans, truffle & violet cauliflower carpaccio.

The main course consists of steamed lobster with artichoke, potato, saffron and a white cabbage. Priced at £150 per person, the menu is inspired by Executive Chef Giuseppe Parisi’s childhood home of The Bay of Naples, offering a unique take on the traditional Christmas Eve celebrations.

For those wanting the Christmas experience before Christmas Eve, a three-course menu including coffee or tea is available at £45 per person, until 5 January. For starters, try the beef tartare with winter truffle, egg yolk and crispy raspberry; or Warm octopus with cannellini beans and cavolo nero. For the main course, indulge in the Orange risotto with razor clams or the Lamb chops “Milanese style,” with spicy chard and lamb jus. To finish off the night, luxuriate in Italian tiramisu or Panettone-French toast style, with vanilla and orange zest ice cream.
