Now, for the first time, the brand is offering a unique masterclass at its flagship Piccadilly restaurant for discerning food lovers who want to learn more about the exquisite sturgeon roe. Hosted by renowned caviar experts, this exclusive event will offer guests the opportunity to discover the fascinating world of caviar and its rich culinary history.
From the traditional to the contemporary, explore the nuances and complexity of this luxurious delicacy, learning about the different types of caviar, its harvesting and preparation methods, and the best ways to pair it with wine and other delicacies.

New Samplings
This is not just an educational experience; it’s a sensorial journey designed to delight the taste buds and inspire the senses. Sample some of the finest caviar, including the new Osciètre variety from the brand’s eponymous label, Prunier, and be welcomed with a glass of champagne on arrival, alongside some fine vodka to cleanse the palette. The evening will finish with a sumptuous selection of canapés featuring caviar in different guises and washed down with a farewell glass of fizz.
