World-renowned Caviar Kaspia London’s Mayfair townhouse is now open to everyone. This former private members club really has it all – elegance, comfort and stunning food.

The KASPIA Vibe
Under the guidance of new General Manager David Vareille, Caviar Kaspia brings a signature French joie de vivre to London. Nestled on the first floor of the chic Georgian building, enjoy a menu with caviar aplenty at Kaspia, staying true to its roaring 20s heritage.

The opulent dining room is the work of Portuguese interior design studio, Oitemponto, who made it feel luxurious yet familiar, akin to visiting a rather well-appointed friend’s home. There is a particular balance, however, of elegance and comfort.
KASPIA’s Colours
The restaurant is awash with complementary blue and purple tones, with plush velvet-covered chairs and the brand’s signature turquoise omnipresent across the table linen. The walls are adorned with impressive artwork, giving the room a more intimate, residential feel. The different rooms are varied; and complimented with leopard-print seating and a forest green atmosphere.
KASPIA’s Caviar Experience
Caviar is, unsurprisingly, central to the menu, appearing in signature dishes such as the wonderfully silky Caviar Tagliolini with Imperial Baeri caviar and Champagne cream sauce, and a Dover Sole with Caviar Beurre Blanc.
Their signature dish is the Caviar Baked Potato, with which you can choose a variety of caviar on top:
- Impérial Baeri: from the Baeri sturgeon, this caviar is delicately salted and known for its melting and soft textures.
- Oscietra Selection: from the Oscietra sturgeon, known for its intense impact on the palate, it has both a fruity and nutty taste.
- Oscietra Reserve: with its deep amber hues, Oscietra Reserve is the selection of the finest grains of caviar from the Oscietra sturgeon.
- Caviar Gold: it has a creamy flavour, and mild taste, and is succulent with tones of walnut.
- Royal Beluga: from the endangered Beluga Sturgeon, this caviar is unctuous, and has a rich flavour, with buttery notes of almonds.

The Caviar Baked Potato is served alongside delicate crème fraîche and chives. The centre of the potato is whipped to a soft, mousse-like consistency with a champagne cream placed back inside the potato and baked once more, creating an exceptionally crispy skin and fluffy middle. A blini sandwich with smoked salmon was prepared tableside. The most tender salmon enveloped by oven-fresh blinis. So simple yet so good. Our favourite dish is perhaps the best sandwich in London – A Croque Monsieur with Imperial Baeri caviar, smoked salmon and Comté. The bread is lightly grilled to create the ultimate sandwich.

Kaspia’s Delight is the signature dessert, inspired by the Italian classic of tiramisu. Served in a caviar tin, this layer of coffee pearls sitting atop a coffee sponge and ricotta mousse is a beautifully light and playful end to the meal.

KASPIA’s Drinks
Kaspia’s varied cocktail menu features a wide range of exciting flavour profiles including Sea; with Koniks Tail oyster vodka, Dolin dry vermouth and sea air.
Their drinks menu also features an international wine list with a range of decently priced classic Champagnes.
Overall
Set over three floors, Caviar Kaspia London is the epitome of a night out in London. A celebration of caviar in one of the most elegant settings. This is somewhere to enjoy the unique and casual elegance of what has quickly become one of Mayfair’s hottest destinations.
