The airline is also deeply committed to health and nutrition, with menus that are both delicious and balanced.

Routes That Connect the World
Headquartered in Taipei, EVA Air operates an extensive network of routes connecting Asia with North America, Europe, and beyond. From Taipei, the airline flies to major global destinations including London, Paris, Milan, Munich, Vienna, and several cities across the United States and Canada.
Pre-Order Meal Service: Personalisation at Its Best
For Royal Laurel Class (Business Class) passengers, EVA Air provides an exclusive Pre-Order Meal Service, allowing them to select their preferred main course from 21 days to 24 hours before departure. With up to eight different meal selections available on select routes, this service enhances the premium travel experience by offering greater flexibility and a wider selection of high-quality meals. Even in economy on the journey from London to Bangkok, you are able to pre-order a range of meals if you have preferences like the rather yummy Hindu vegetarian meal I enjoyed with paneer for dinner and lentils for breakfast.

Kanpai Classic x Kanpai Yakiniku
EVA Air partners with Kanpai Classic, the world’s first Michelin-starred yakiniku restaurant, to bring premium Japanese Wagyu cuisine to the skies. Kanpai Classic originated in Japan and earned its Michelin star in 2016. Kanpai Yakiniku, a well-loved Taiwanese brand, is celebrated for its unique marinades and charcoal grilling techniques that enhance the natural flavours of ingredients.
On flights departing from Taipei to eight destinations in North America, Royal Laurel Class and Premium Economy Class passengers can enjoy “Kanpai Classic” selections, while Economy Class passengers can savour “Kanpai Yakiniku” dishes.

Din Tai Fung Delights in the Sky

Known for its handcrafted dumplings and premium ingredients, the brand has earned global acclaim. Since 2002, the EVA Air food programme has served specially curated Din Tai Fung meals on flights from Taipei to Japan and North America. Royal Laurel Class, Laurel Class, and Business Class passengers can enjoy signature dishes such as:
- Xiao long bao (the very famous burst in the mouth soup dumplings)

These meals are paired with flavourful sides such as Shaoxing wine-marinated chicken and spicy beef tripe. Desserts include Suzhou-style mooncakes, mini buns, and honey and white fungus sweet soup.

Signature Braised Beef Noodle Soup
EVA Air’s iconic Braised Beef Noodle Soup is offered in Royal Laurel Class on direct flights from Taipei to Europe, including Paris, Milan, Munich, and Vienna. Recognised among the ‘Top 10 Best Beef Noodles’ at the 2023 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival, this dish features slow-braised beef shank, tendon, and tripe in a rich broth infused with aromatic spices.
