INCA London, Mayfair’s South American show restaurant, appoints new Chef Scott Hallsworth to develop a new menu for the spring season. With a fine dining revamp from Scott’s award-winning resume and over 20 years of experience, Hallsworth has elevated INCA to a new level with his original menu.
Hallsworth’s á la carte menu starts with sharable starters, including a Mexican inspired signature nachos with guacamole and cassava and corn croquettes. The fresh ceviche includes a choice of hamachi, salmon, or tuna, or if you can’t decide, order the selected ceviche platter. Satisfy continental cravings with tuna or barbeque wagyu tacos, but the real dining experience starts with their asado or large dish menu. INCA serves several cuts of Wagyu beef and lamb but always has a vegetarian option too.
INCA aims to support Latin America while giving Londoners a genuine taste of the continent through flavours, aromas, colours, and sound, making it a fun destination for the upcoming Mother’s Day festivities. Co-founder Nathaneal Dadou travelled around Latin America and fell in love with the rich history and culture. INCA’s name was inspired by the Inca empire that reigned in the 13th century, known for its geometric architecture and agricultural techniques. With this name, the restaurant emulates the strength and culture of the Incan civilization through its traditional menu.
Inspired by Latin America’s culinary techniques and cultural diversity, INCA transports guests into a sleek and vibrant dining area for a luxurious gastronomic experience. Tables are perched on various elevated levels and are angled toward a long centre stage. Each evening from 8 pm, the stage transforms to accommodate dynamic performers from around the globe. Guests experience more than delicious food as Latin American-inspired dances, DJs, and acrobats create an unforgettable evening.
INCA offers more than just a dining and performance space, as they have a secluded private dining room available for bookings. Their separate bar area reaches under the main restaurant, complete with an extensive cocktail menu. For a cocktail moment on the weekends, their Luna Lounge and Club serves well into the night for a fun transition from dinner.
The restaurant partners with the Cool Earth charity, supporting indigenous people and rainforests throughout South America and strives to reduce global deforestation. INCA encourages customers to give small donations with each meal to support the charity working against climate change.
