Dr Nadia Taha is a wonderful medical professional, combining her expertise as a General Practitioner and Harley Academy–trained Aesthetic Doctor to provide safe and personalised care at Novea Aesthetics. Dr Taha brings an exceptional understanding to her aesthetic practice, and her philosophy centres on helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin through subtle, natural-looking enhancements delivered in a professional, safe, and supportive environment.
From the initial 30-minute consultation, every step is tailored to achieve confidence-boosting results, where medical history and aesthetic aims are reviewed, to the creation of a bespoke plan. The clinic offers the latest non-surgical innovations, including Polynucleotides and Exosomes for skin regeneration, anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, and skin boosters such as Profhilo.
We caught up with Nadia to talk about all things aesthetics.

How did it all start?
My medical journey began at the University of Birmingham, where I trained as a doctor before moving into Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and General Practice. Alongside this, I felt a growing passion for aesthetics — an area where artistry meets science and where I could make a real difference to how people feel about themselves. I trained extensively, recently completing the Fellowship for advanced injectors, and founded Novea Aesthetics in London with one clear vision: to deliver safe, evidence-based treatments that enhance confidence and wellbeing.
Tell us about your aesthetic approach powered by science, data and technology.
At Novea Aesthetics, I only use treatments that are backed by research and robust clinical data. Science and technology guide everything — from understanding facial anatomy and ageing patterns to selecting regenerative treatments like polynucleotides and exosomes that improve skin health at a cellular level. Each treatment plan is bespoke, created through careful consultation and tailored to the individual’s needs, ensuring natural results that stand the test of time.

What kind of treatments do you offer and what makes Novea Aesthetics different?
We offer a range of non-surgical treatments including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters such as Profhilo, and cutting-edge regenerative therapies like polynucleotides and exosomes. What makes us different is our medical foundation and holistic approach. As both a GP and aesthetic practitioner, I place safety, anatomy, and wellbeing at the heart of every decision. My philosophy is simple: enhance, don’t change. Our results are natural, never overdone, with a focus on boosting confidence rather than altering identity.
What are the benefits for patients of undergoing treatment involving polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides, exosomes and other biostimulators are examples of the most exciting developments in aesthetics right now. They act by working deep within the skin at a cellular level to trigger fibroblast activity, increase collagen and elastin production, and improve hydration. The result is healthier, firmer, more radiant skin with improved texture and elasticity. Unlike fillers, the effect is gradual and regenerative, meaning patients enjoy natural-looking improvements over time with minimal risk of appearing over-treated.
You are also a GP. How do you take the learnings from your General Practice and put them into aesthetics?
Being a GP has shaped my practice in so many ways. I look at the whole patient — their medical history, lifestyle, and wellbeing — to ensure every treatment is safe and appropriate. General Practice teaches you the importance of communication, listening, and continuity of care, all of which I bring into my aesthetic work. Above all, it has given me a strong grounding in evidence-based medicine, so every treatment I offer is backed by science and delivered with patient safety as the priority.

What treatments do you recommend for men who are starting their aesthetic journey?
For men new to aesthetics, I usually recommend subtle, minimally invasive treatments that deliver natural results. Anti-wrinkle injections can help soften forehead lines or crow’s feet, while skin boosters and regenerative therapies like polynucleotides are excellent for improving skin quality and hydration. For some, small amounts of dermal filler can restore volume under the eyes or enhance jawline definition. The goal is always subtle enhancement that maintains masculine features without looking “done.”
How do you honour that natural beauty in people?
I believe everyone has unique features that make them who they are, and my role is to enhance rather than change that. I take time to understand what my patients love about themselves and what they’d like to improve. Treatments are always gradual, carefully balanced, and designed to preserve natural expression and individuality. For me, true beauty is about confidence — helping people look refreshed and feel like the best version of themselves.
What is next for you?
I’m excited to continue exploring the regenerative side of aesthetics, particularly advanced hybrid biostimulators, which I believe are the future of skin health. It’s about a multilayer approach from microneedling to biostimulators to HA dermal fillers. This is regenerative aesthetics. Along with longevity medicine brings a holistic approach to my practice. Treating the body inside and out. I’m also passionate about patient education and sharing knowledge with other practitioners, ensuring our industry continues to move forward safely and responsibly. As Novea Aesthetics grows, my focus will remain on combining science, artistry, and holistic care to give every patient natural results they can trust.
