Jumeirah Hotels are renowned for luxury accommodations worldwide and continue to expand to more destinations with new hotels in Saudi Arabia, Geneva and Dubai set to open in the next two years. The hospitality giant began its expansion last year, opening Jumeirah Bali in the Uluwatu region, Jumeirah Muscat Bay in Oman, and the Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort and Spa.

Jumeirah Group operates a world-class 6,500+-key portfolio of 26 luxury properties across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. There is a Jumeirah destination for every kind of luxury vacation, whether guests crave a modern twist on a British classic in the heart of Knightsbridge at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah or a futuristic setting at Jumeirah Nanjing.
Beyond its properties and resorts, Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts is also dedicated to destination dining experiences. With over 85 restaurants across its portfolio, Jumeirah Group’s award-winning homegrown concepts, including Sal, KAYTO, Shimmers, Al Mare, Pierchic and French Riviera, enjoy an enviable reputation for culinary excellence, with nine featuring in the Gault&Millau UAE 2023 guide. The group also has three Michelin-starred restaurants – Shang High, L’Olivo and Al Muntaha.

Jumeirah’s expansion will continue in Dubai, with the upcoming opening of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. Positioned at the tip of a peninsula on Dubai’s most exclusive private beach, it will offer unobstructed views of the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and the surrounding Arabian Sea. Set to be the city’s most exclusive destination, the new offering will comprise a hotel with 387 rooms and suites, 82 luxury residences, and an 82-berth superyacht marina by D-Marin, alongside a range of curated dining experiences and an impressive spa.
Jumeirah has consistently developed its global portfolio. In 2020, they opened their Capri Palace, a destination for art and culinary expertise. The hotel hosts the White Museum, a private collection of contemporary works, and the island’s only two-Michelin-starred restaurant L’Olivo. Meanwhile, the iconic London Carlton Tower Jumeirah reopened in 2021 with fresh renovations. October 2021 saw the opening of Jumeirah Maldives Olhahali Island, a contemporary all-villa luxury resort. Further significant developments include enhancing the guest experience at Jumeirah’s Dubai properties, including a full renovation of the beachfront at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Located in Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, Jumeirah Al Qasr, and Jumeirah Al Naseem are equally delivering an exceptional new guest experience. New for 2023, Jumeirah Al Qasr’s Talise Spa has unveiled a new holistic wellness programme. The comprehensive 360-approach to sustainable wellness encompasses four crucial pillars – Mental Wellness, Mindful Movement, Internal well-being, and Restoration – with each programme comprising an array of therapies, treatments, nutritional guidance, and meditation tailored to the individual.

As well as expansion, Jumeirah are also giving back. In celebration of World Sea Turtle Day 2023, Jumeirah Group’s Dubai Turtle Rehabilitation Project has released 15 Hawksbill and 6 Green Turtles from its Jumeirah Al Naseem beach. The Project works tirelessly to save endangered turtle species, evidenced in today’s release, which included a fully grown male hawksbill turtle named Zippy. Zippy’s release marks an important step for sea turtle conservation, according to Barbara Lang-Lenton Arrizabalaga, Director of Aquarium at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, as the gender of sea turtles is shifting towards a higher number of females being born as the seas get warmer due to climate change.
