In 2023, Lexus signed a multi-year partnership with the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) as the Official Automotive Partner and Platinum Partner of the ATP Tennis Tour; where the story of innovation, performance and pursuit of perfection meet head to head. A place where fans and customers always come first, and both brands operate with a focus on providing unforgettable experiences.

Lexus ATP Tennis
Lexus holds the exciting alliance as Official Performance and Automotive Partner of the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), which includes support of the GB national teams competing in the Davis Cup, Billie Jean King Cup and World Team Cup, who are now known as the Lexus Great Britain teams. Lexus is the Official Performance and Automotive Partner of the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), supporting the game at all levels, and is also the headline sponsor of the national teams competing in the Billie Jean King Cup, Davis Cup and World Team Cup. Tennis and Lexus, some call it a match made in heaven.

At key tournaments, including the Rothesay International at Eastbourne, 22 – 29 June, tennis fans can enjoy traditional Lexus omotenashi (hospitality) and the live 3D printing of a Lexus x Dunlop racquet! There will also be the chance to see the newest Lexus cars, like the RZ battery electric SUV and RX hybrid SUVs, used by the LTA to transport players, coaches, volunteers and officials during the tennis tournaments.
Lexus is also sponsoring Sky Sports’ new tennis channel, and at the international level it is the Official Automotive Partner and Platinum Partner of the ATP Tour, the global elite men’s professional tennis circuit.

Lexus x ATP Ambassadors
Lexus ATP tennis ambassadors are the British number one male, female and male wheelchair tennis players – Cam Norrie, Katie Boulter and Alfie Hewett. Alfie Hewett OBE, Great Britain and World number one men’s wheelchair tennis player is the latest sporting star to become a Lexus UK ambassador.
Alfie Hewett, 26, is one of the most exciting players in wheelchair tennis, currently ranked number one in the world. When he was just 19 years old, he won silver medals in the men’s singles and doubles events at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, adding another silver at the Tokyo Games in 2021. In 2023 Alfie received an OBE in the King’s Birthday Honours for his services to tennis and was also shortlisted in the nominations for the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Awards. He is now preparing for a busy season leading up to Wimbledon and the Paralympic Games in Paris.
This year, Lexus will be the brand headline sponsor of the national teams competing in the Billie Jean King Cup, Davis Cup and wheelchair World Team Cup, and is also the Official Performance Partner and Automotive Partner to the LTA, supporting the tennis game at all levels.

UK’s Top Women’s Tennis Player
Lexus is excitingly announcing their new partnership with Katie Boulter, the UK’s number one-ranked women’s tennis player. She joins her male counterpart Cameron Norrie as a brand ambassador for Lexus, revealing the company’s support for and involvement in British tennis.
Having recently helped the Lexus Great Britain Team defeat Sweden in the Billie Jean King Cup Play-Offs, Boulter will now have her sights set on preparing for the upcoming United Cup and the first Grand Slam of the 2024 season, The Australian Open. Lexus will be providing her with a Lexus car, to help her travel to training and UK events in comfort and style.

Great Britain’s Norrie was the first UK Lexus ambassador from the tennis world. This new relationship extends the premium car brand’s commitment to the sport, following its recently announced role as the Official Performance Partner and Official Automotive Partner of the Lawn Tennis Association.
The 27-year-old left-handed player has won five ATP Tour titles since 2021 and is currently ranked 13 in the world. He has been at the forefront of UK tennis for several years and will carry much of Britain’s hopes for grass court success on his shoulders this summer, at tournaments such as Queens and also Wimbledon, where last year he was a semi-finalist. Another Thrilling ATP Tour
Lexus is looking forward to a second season of top-level international sporting excitement and competition as the Official Automotive Partner and Platinum Partner of the ATP Tour, the global elite men’s professional tennis circuit. Having launched its support for the series in the summer of 2023, it will be enjoying even greater prominence in 2024, participating in up to twice as many tournaments. After an exciting partnership start with ATP 250 ASB Classic in Auckland, New Zealand, Lexus kicks off the activation in Europe with the ATP 250 Open Sud de France in Montpellier which gets underway today.
The calendar of Lexus-sponsored tournaments includes 14 events across the region, in countries such as France, Netherlands, UK, Spain, Kazakhstan, and Italy, where the city of Turin will host the Nitto ATP Finals, the climax of the ATP Tour, in November.
Lexus will continue to be the title partner of ATP Head2Head, which will present different, exciting and entertaining challenges on the ATP Tour’s digital and social channels. Showcasing the lighter side of the players’ personalities will offer fans the chance to see their favourite sporting stars battling each other, also outside the tennis courts, doing something new, interesting and unexpected.

Up & Coming
In 2024, Lexus will be the official automotive partner at the Cinch Championships (17 June) in London, the Hamburg Open (15 July) in Germany, the Generali Open (21 July) in Austria, and more. The Cinch Championship, based in London, is one of the most popular and longest-running ATP Tour tennis events. Established in 1889 and held at The Queen’s Club in West Kensington each June, it’s consistently supported by the best singles and doubles players of the men’s game. Cinch, the online car retailer, will see to the Lexus partnership, engaging premium fans as Official Car across a portfolio of ATP Tour events. ATP and Lexus will also work together to establish additional partnerships with ATP tournaments and players, from this season.
