Brockmans Premium Gin
The gin is an avante-garde twist on the classic English gin. The flavour profile is a vibrant and harmonious combination of the more conventional botanicals often found in gin production including angelica from Saxony, Bulgarian coriander and juniper berries from Tuscany, balanced with Brockmans’ more unusual choice of ingredients such as liquorice root, blueberries and blackberries. This results in an incredibly smooth gin that can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
Brockmans is slowly distilled in a 100-year-old copper column still, but prior to distillation Brockmans’ unique recipe of botanicals is steeped in pure grain spirit for up to 24 hours to release their natural oils and aromas, resulting in a complex and distinctive gin.

Wynns The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon
You might think that’s a strange name for a wine but no, it actually dates back to the founding of the Wynns Coonawarra Estate Winery and refers to the famous triple-gabled winery and the Coonawarra railway siding which played an important role in establishing the fledgling settlement of Coonawarra back in 1896. Completed two years later, “The Siding” was responsible for transporting around 600 hogsheads of wine a year to Adelaide. And the wine? Well, the winery is located on the world-famous strip of “Terra Rossa” soil that produces fruit of exceptional quality. Now that is a lovely story to relate when pouring this delicious wine on Easter Monday with your leg of lamb, isn’t it?
