Victor
Global jet charter marketplace Victor, together with boutique airline AirGo are helping to reduce carbon emissions by promoting the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). As part of the company’s award-winning approach to climate action, every Victor flight is already offering 200% carbon offset as a standard, with access to more than 7,000 aircraft via a global network of 200 partner operators.
As well as great service, Victor is the only global jet charter marketplace to disclose the operator, aircraft details and the cancellation terms when quoting a trip. On all final quotes, Victor includes a breakdown of carbon emissions and fuel burn efficiency to help inform clients when choosing which aircraft to charter. In contrast to most common carbon offsetting schemes available today, the use of SAF results in an immediate reduction in carbon emissions. Victor founder Clive Jackson has also recently submitted a paper to parliament calling on transparency of carbon emissions across all flights as a significant first within the private jet sector.

The new Spectra 3.0 from Victorinox
The 2022 relaunch of the Spectra 3.0 provides the first Victorinox suitcase made of a recycled, next-generation polycarbonate shell material. This material ensures sustainability without compromising on strength, performance and impact resistance. It fulfils Victorinox’s highest quality and testing standards and supports the longevity of the company’s premium products. This consideration also allows for a lower emissions footprint thanks to fewer replacements and fewer reproductions.
To provide extra packing convenience, the medium and large models offer a new built-in improved self-expandable system with up to 40 percent of additional volume with the carry-on sizes offer up to 20% additional space. Koskenkorva Vodka Climate Action
Not only does this special bottle contain a smooth single-estate vodka from the Nordics, but it’s incredibly sustainable, as it’s made from a unique method using regeneratively-farmed barley that helps fight climate change. The only barley-based vodka in the world that’s made this way.
Smooth and creamy, with peppery spice throughout the palette, the one-of-a-kind method produces a premium taste that has already got London’s best bartenders buzzing. But better still, its regenerative farming aims to remove CO2 from the atmosphere and store it in the ground, creating carbon sinks that reduce the impact of climate change. The process improves biodiversity, stops nutrients leaking into water bodies and provides better crops at the same time. The ambition? To make Koskenkorva the most sustainable vodka in the world – and to lay claim to carbon-neutral production by 2025.

Vegan Fish and Chips at wagamama
wagamama have launched the first ever high street vegan fish and chips served traditionally on newspaper. This plant-based vegan fish and chips dish is yet another vegan innovation to be added to the wagamama menu which is 50 per cent plant-based. The trailblazing dish is called Tempura F-ish + Bang Bang Yaki-imo where beer battered fish is replaced with lightly tempura coated ‘f-ish’, made from a mix of soy, rice and pea protein, replicating the taste and flaky texture of fish.
wagamama brings its version of ‘chips’ to the bench with roasted sweet potato chunks and red onion, coated in wagamama’s famous firecracker sauce, bringing the ‘bang bang’ element of the dish description. All the traditional trimmings are also included but in a uniquely wagamama way, as smashed minty edamame beans make for wagamama’s take on mushy peas, accompanied by katsu curry sauce, waga tartare with Japanese pickles, chilli, and a lemon wedge.

Pierre Marcolini
Take a journey of taste exploration around the world with premier Belgian chocolatier, Pierre Marcolini and his new Grand Crus 20th anniversary tablets from various regions around the world including China, India and Indonesia.
Marcolini was one of the first to successfully source beans ethically directly from plantation owners – something he calls from Bean to Bar. He is committed to sustainability, sourcing all his cocoa beans from five unique plantations around the world. In 2019, these plantations signed a charter pledging to respect three fundamental ethical criteria in order to protect the planet and its people. 1. no children work on the plantations 2. Plantation owners use natural herbicides instead of glyphosate which was labelled by WHO as a probable carcinogen 3. The company strives for biodiversity so does not use cocoa beans from the genetically modified “hyper productive” CCN-51 cocoa tree.
So not only is this delicious chocolate comparable to a fine wine, the chocolatier is also showing the world how to behave in an ethical and sustainable fashion. Bravo.

LOVE OCEAN
Launched on World Ocean Day, LOVE OCEAN is a sustainable and ethically conscious bathroom product for kids. Gabi Jennings, the founder, spotted a gap in the market for an iconic bath brand for kids but designed with sustainability and ocean conservation at its heart.
So here is LOVE OCEAN kids bubble bath and hair & body wash, all contained within a unique whale-tail bottle which is fully recyclable and encourages refill – the idea being to reappraise our attitude to plastic and to cherish the bottle and reuse. It’s fun too!
