Michelin UK 2026 has been unveiled during the annual MICHELIN Guide Ceremony, held for the first time in Dublin at the Convention Centre Dublin. The star-studded ceremony included 700 guests from the world of hospitality and it was a real showcase of stunning ingredients. Partners included headline sponsor La Rousse Foods, who offered a grand tasting table, and Bonemasters, who showcased their brilliant stocks and jus with expertly made dishes by world-class chefs, including Hayden Groves and Anthony Marshall.
This year’s host city, Dublin, enjoyed a particularly strong showing, with a new MICHELIN-Star restaurant and three new Bib Gourmands. Brighton and Hove also marked a milestone, welcoming a MICHELIN-Star restaurant for the first time in nearly 50 years. A wide range of cuisines is represented across the awards, including Spanish, Indian and Korean cooking.

Earning Two MICHELIN Stars just months after opening, Bonheur by Matt Abé has made an immediate impact. Located in the former Le Gavroche space, the restaurant marks a new chapter for Abé following his time at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Inspectors praised the light, modern dishes underpinned by outstanding classical technique, with sauce-making singled out as a particular strength.
