ABBA MANIA returns to the West End for the first time in 19 years, finally some good news in the world of theatre.
The world’s number one touring ABBA tribute concert is back by popular demand and heading to Shaftesbury Theatre from 21 May – 6 June 2021.
It has now been 31 years since Abba last toured and in 1979 requests for tickets far outstripped availability with two Royal Albert Hall performances receiving 2 million requests for tickets, with only 5000 available. You may have seen Mamma Mia on the big screen but nothing replaces a live performance.
The irresistible show brings to life ABBA’s final concert with fantastic costumes and electrifying staging and includes the Swedish Supergroup’s top hits Mamma Mia, Voulez Vous, Dancing Queen, Winner Takes It All, Waterloo, Fernando, Does Your Mother Know, Super Trouper and many more. But you don’t have to be a life long ABBA fan to come as this is the kind of feel good show everyone can get into.
ABBA MANIA have delighted more than three million audience members since their formation in 1999, performing over 3,000 live shows in 30 countries across the world – from Sweden to Venezuela, USA to Australia. Following its West End residency, ABBA MANIA will tour as part of Sounds In The Grounds and The Legends Festival, followed by a full UK tour this autumn. There will also be a 55-date US tour, a debut Russian tour and a 25-date arena tour in France in 2021 and 2022.
