Kioku Restaurant and Kioku Bar, nestled in the confines of Raffles London at the OWO, are the latest culinary ventures of renowned chef Endo Kazutoshi. With meticulous attention to detail and a fusion of Japanese tradition and Mediterranean influences, Chef Endo invites guests to embark on an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

Kioku Restaurant: A Fusion of Cultures and Flavors
Perched on the rooftop of the OWO, Kioku Restaurant offers panoramic views of London’s skyline, setting the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. Chef Endo relied on his culinary background, and life experience, to craft a menu that seamlessly blends Japanese authenticity with Mediterranean flair.
The restaurant has a 55-seat main dining room, with an 8-seat Chef’s Table overlooking the kitchen’s inner workings, and an exclusive 8-seat private dining room ensconced within one of the building’s iconic turrets. There will also be a 55-cover outside terrace, for patrons to enjoy the open air, as well as a piano in the main dining room, which will provide weekly live performances.
Chef Endo’s A La Carte menu showcases his signature Nigiri and Sashimi, alongside innovative creations such as Cuttlefish Nori Pesto and Elderflower, Chashu Pork Ramen Ravioli, and Smoked Yellowtail with green apple ponzu and sobacha guanciale. The pièce de résistance is the bespoke Tuna Trolley, offering a unique ‘tuna experience’ served tableside by Endo’s skilled Sushi Chefs.

Kioku Bar: A Haven for Mixology
On the ground floor of The OWO, you will find Kioku Bar, which promises an unparalleled drinking experience. Spearheaded by Endo Kazutoshi and a team of world-class experts, including Saké Samurai Natsuki Kikuya and Head of Bars Angelos Bafas, they have created an unparalleled selection of sake and cocktails.
Modelled after traditional Japanese listening bars, Kioku Bar offers meticulously crafted cocktails and boasts the largest saké collection in Europe, stored in a bespoke ‘saké safe’ housing 110 references. Guests can indulge in an array of unique flavors curated by Saké Sommelier Anthony Yukio, showcasing the diverse craftsmanship of Japanese breweries and distilleries. We met Anthony, who was excited and proud that they offer nearly every single category of sake from almost every single prefecture in Japan. He said that the mission is to offer an exceptional and unique experience to every guest and become a global destination for a remarkable sipping experience.
