The countdown begins for the ultimate transformation of Higginson Park into one of the most complete food and music festivals in Marlow – Pub in the Park. From May 14th to the 17th, world-class chefs will be all in one place, with national chart-topping music stars and all kinds of family entertainment. This unmissable event is also set to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Higginson Park in the best way possible, with great food and music.

Chefs Take the Centre Stage
The Pub in the Park classic and beloved chefs return to serve all-time favourites. Raymond Blanc OBE, Atul Kochhar, Si King, James Martin, Tommy Banks and Candice Brown arrive once again to deliver tasty and original plates that will satisfy your cravings in all senses.
This year, newcomers come in strong with their elevated global street food options that will make you want to come back for more. Temper, Six by Nico, Oxmoor Farm, Sticky Mango and Tommy’s Pie Shop bring outstanding options, and all restaurants featured the exclusive Pub Special.

Must-try Festival Flavours
Every chef brings their own touch, from Tender Pulled Lamb to Crispy Korean Chicken; the art of taste is present in every choice. Stand-out dishes include Pulled Lamb Bao with Fermented Chilli and Spring Onion at Abbey Inn by Tommy Banks. The unmissable, Vadouvan Potato Pie from Tommy’s Pie Shop. At The Green Man, they serve British Pulled Pork Loaded Fries, while in the Star Inn, the Northern Fried Pheasant with Asian Pickled Slaw is like no other.
As a final recommendation, make sure you do not miss Ginger Wings for their Ginger Balls and Truffle Aioli, or The Lamb Shoulder Roulade from The George & Dragon and the Indonesian Beef Shin Rendang by Sticky Mango. Making sure everyone enjoys, from the youngest in the family to the ones with more refined palates, the options are infinite and satisfactory with their 4-day exclusive Pub Specials. Starting with Rick Stein and the Tempura Soft Shell Crab Burger with Singapore Chilli Sauce, or opting for a bolder choice of Abbey Inn by Tommy Banks of Sticky Lamb Belly, Potato Cake, Crispy Cabbage and Wild Garlic.
Tommy’s Pie Shop comes in strong with their Steak & Peppercorn Pie with Truffle Parmesan Fries. A classic Lamb Pepper Masala Lamb Braised with Shallots in Kanishka by Atul Kochhar, and a Six by Nico Fish Supper of Shetland Cod, Tarmalta and Salt & Vinegar Chips. The Green Man, on the other hand, offers a tender Cajun BBQ Glazed Chicken Thigh, Sweet Potato Puree and Pickled Slaw.
Moving on to Oxmoor Farm, Braised Venison in Rebellion IPA, to the Star Inn “Yorkie Wrap” of a Yorkshire Pudding, Theakston’s Ale Braised Beef Brisket, Beer Pickled Onions, and the Ginger Wings “IT’S ALL SCHNITZ & GIGGLES UNTIL SOMEONE GIGGLES AND SCHNITZ” of Crispy Chicken Schnitzel with Bone Marrow Caesar Sauce, all having special names for their memorable flavours.
Depth from the sea combines with the complexity of the land with The George & Dragon in their Malabar Fish Curry, as well as The Oarsman Fish Finger Kastu Slider. Sticky Mango delivers an indulgent Vietnamese Lobster and Pork Belly Crispy Spring Roll, while Green Chilli opts for a comforting Thai Spiced Roast Cauliflower Coconut.
Finally, Temper offers a Three-Beast Feast: Beef Side Halal and The Beefy Boys: Platinum bring a complete BBQ Meat Platter with Aged Beef Solider, Hot Honey Burnt Ends and Beef Cheek Taco.

The Kitchen Disco comes with a dedicated space to show off your best moves; alternatively, a Silent Kitchen Disco is also available for those who prefer to put on headphones and lose themselves in the flow as the sun sets.
Captivating talks with favourite authors can be enjoyed in The Author’s Table, where visitors can learn, listen and immerse themselves with inspiring personalities. Furthermore, the Drinks Masterclass is available for those who want to learn and deepen their knowledge of their favourite cocktails.

Pub in the Park always makes sure that everyone enjoys. Now, for 2026, children aged nine and under can attend the festival completely free of charge. The whole family can make the most of a weekend filled with flavour, music, fun and activities. Disco dodgeball, jungle adventure and psychic water pistols are a few of the many attractions that will be available for the most energised to try.
Moreover, all your senses are covered with child-friendly dishes. Little Yorkie Wrap of The Star Inn, Kids Fish Supper from Six Nico, the Nuggs and Tots from Ginger Wings and many more.

Tickets start from £47 with prices varying depending on age and time. Upgrades are also available to VIP for a more comfortable experience, or Platinum VIP, which includes a Beefy Boys BBQ platter from the Pub Specials. For groups of up to 6 people, there is a Riverside Enclosure Upgrade for £180 after every guest has their ticket.
