Royal Ascot 2025 restaurants will feature a collection of “Chefs in Residence,” a gathering of expert chefs. With a total of 29 Michelin stars among all of the featured chefs’ restaurants, this will be the most Michelin-starred sporting event in history. From exquisite fine dining to carefully crafted afternoon teas, this year’s chefs bring their expertise, passion and unique styles to Ascot, promising an exceptional culinary experience from 17 – 21 June 2025.

Meet the Chefs

Raymond Blanc OBE – Panoramic Restaurant, Royal Enclosure
Raymond Blanc, also referred to as Chef Patron at Royal Ascot, returns to the racetrack for his tenth year. As well as being known as the father figure and mentor to many of the world’s most famous chefs, Blanc is one of the most talented and meticulous chefs in the game. He is the mastermind behind the renowned Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, a hotel and restaurant in Oxfordshire that has held two Michelin stars for 40 years. In addition to these traditional Michelin stars, Blanc has also received a Green Michelin star – a high distinction awarded to restaurants demonstrating sustainability and environmental responsibility. At the Panoramic Restaurant, guests can enjoy a carefully crafted four-course meal while taking in breathtaking views of the racecourse and even glimpses of the London skyline.

Simon Rogan – Parade Ring Restaurant, Royal Enclosure
Simon Rogan, known for his implementation of farm-to-table dining, brings his expertise to the Parade Ring Restaurant for the seventh year. His flagship restaurant, L’Enclume in the Lake District, holds three Michelin stars and is regarded as one of the best in the world. Rogan currently holds a total of nine Michelin stars and two Green Michelin stars. His five-course menu will highlight seasonal produce in a setting that embodies elegance and sophistication.

Yannick Alléno – New Alfresco Pop-Up
Making his Royal Ascot debut, Yannick Alléno is one of the most celebrated chefs in the world, holding 15 Michelin stars across 19 restaurants located in London, France, Dubai, Monaco and Japan. He is known for his modern take on French dishes, blending tradition with innovation. His exclusive pop-up, inspired by his Bar Antoine in London, will offer small plates in an outdoor setting, creating a unique dining experience for racegoers.

Lisa Goodwin-Allen – ON 5, Queen Anne Enclosure
Lisa Goodwin-Allen will be returning for her second year at Royal Ascot. As the executive chef of Northcote in Lancashire and Michelin star recipient, she is known for her modern take on classic British dishes that landed her a spot on season five of BBC’s show Great British Menu. At ON 5, she will serve a four-course meal that focuses on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, complemented by expertly selected wines. ON 5 provides guests with a wonderful trackside view and a rooftop terrace, creating a bright and open atmosphere during race week.

Tom Shepherd – The Sandringham, Royal Enclosure
Tom Shepherd, the name behind the Michelin-starred Upstairs by Tom Shepherd will return for his second year at Royal Ascot. He will be hosting at The Sandringham, an elegant space in the Lavender Courtyard near the Royal Enclosure Gardens. His menu offers a flexible dining experience with four-course chef stations, featuring a variety of main courses, desserts and cheeses.

Tom Barnes – The Vista, Royal Enclosure
Tom Barnes, chef proprietor of Skof in Manchester, will be making his debut at The Vista. This new dining concept allows guests to witness his culinary artistry firsthand with an open kitchen design. His six-course tasting menu is set to elevate the modern dining experience at Royal Ascot.

Tom Booton – The Grill by Tom Booton, Royal Enclosure
Tom Booton returns for his fourth year at Royal Ascot.Head chef at The Grill at The Dorchester, he is known for his innovative, modern approach to British cuisine. His four-course tasting menu in the Royal Enclosure Gardens will highlight bold flavours and high-quality ingredients.

James Tanner – The Deck, Queen Anne Enclosure
James Tanner will return to Royal Ascot with a specially curated three-course menu. The Deck, inspired by an English country garden, offers a relaxed yet refined dining atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal with a prime view of the thrilling racing action.

Benoit Blin – Royal Ascot Afternoon Tea
Making his first-ever appearance at Royal Ascot, Master Pâtissier Benoit Blin brings over 30 years of expertise from prestigious establishments like the Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and the Ritz Paris. Other notable achievements of Blin’s are his legendary afternoon tea at the Cadogan Hotel and his position as a judge on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals. His exclusive Royal Ascot Afternoon Tea, served across various Fine Dining restaurants and private boxes, will feature an exquisite selection of pastries and delicacies, crafted with French precision and elegance.
