Terrence Higgins Trust’s highly anticipated annual auction returns on 31 March 2025, bringing together artworks from some of the world’s most celebrated contemporary artists. Hosted at Christie’s London, with select pieces available for bids online, this landmark charity auction has raised over £5 million for the UK’s leading HIV charity over the past two decades. Terrence Higgins Trust is the UK’s leading HIV charity, offering support, information and advice services for those living with HIV and affected by HIV.

This year, a major highlight of the auction will be a piece from Dame Tracey Emin, one of the most influential British artists of the past century. Emin, whose work is known for its raw emotional depth and confessional style, has been a long-term supporter of the Terrence Higgins Trust. Prints by minimalist artist Rana Begum will also be available to purchase online alongside the auction, offering collectors a unique opportunity to acquire works from this globally renowned artist while supporting a vital cause.

The funds raised from the auction will directly support Terrence Higgins Trust’s mission to end new HIV cases in the UK, provide crucial support services for people living with HIV, and combat the stigma surrounding HIV. Lal Dalamal, Chair of The Auction Committee, powerfully said:
“Art has the power to spark conversations, challenge stigma, and change lives. The generosity of the artists, collectors, and supporters who come together for this auction each year is nothing short of incredible. The funds raised help Terrence Higgins Trust continue their life-changing work to ensure no one living with HIV is left behind and drive towards a future where we have ended new cases of HIV in the UK.”

As well as art, there will be a huge range of luxury experiences and prizes featured in the auction from a year of Botox at PICO Clinics, a bespoke Luna Benai bag, a stay at The Belmond Cadogan Hotel to a private performance by opera singer Mark Milhofer. World-renowned artwork will be up for bidding at the event, accompanied by live music, drinks and canapes. The headline sponsor for this year is Ron Burkle, executive chairman at Soho House. A complimentary caviar bar on the night has also been kindly donated from N25 Caviar as well as many other treats from sponsors including Beluga vodka, Pomello, Palmarae Gin, London Essence and more.

Bidding will be open to collectors and art enthusiasts worldwide via The Auction Collective. For more information and to register for the auction, visit Terrence Higgins Trust Auction 2025.
