Located just an hour from London in Stockcross, The Vineyard Hotel & Spa will mark the historic landmark of 25 years. The hotel is an impressive wine, food and mini-break destination with something for everyone to enjoy this summer as the celebration commences.
25th Anniversary
To celebrate the landmark 25th anniversary, The Vineyard will host a number of events throughout the year. These commenced on Friday 7 July with The Grand Crew Wine Dinner which saw five former Executive Chefs return to delight and cook for everyone in attendance. The evening included six courses from five chefs, all paired with wines from 1998 to the present day. The star-studded chef line-up included Tom Scade, Robby Jenks, Daniel Galmiche, John Campbell and Billy Reid. Wines will be chosen by Romain Bourger, Taittinger UK Sommelier of the Year 2019-2021.
The Catch
New for the summer season and in unison with the line of upcoming events, is Catch. An al fresco dining pavilion, that launched on 10 June, focusing on seafood, fish, caviar, light bites, and sharing platters with oysters, ‘fruits de mer’ or charcuterie. Additionally, drawing on its cellar of more than 30,000 bottles, the Restaurant’s outstanding wine list is overseen by Director of Wines Romain Bourger, and the list is complemented by the exceptional Modern British menus from Executive Chef Tom Scade. The 40-seat space will be open daily from noon.
