There are romantic happenings aplenty at Corinthia London. Start the evening at Velvet, the chic new bar within the hotel with cocktail maestro, gentleman and legend Salvatore Calabrese. The Northall restaurant will be offering a gastronomic seven-course dinner menu on 12 and 14 February. Dish highlights include: Dorset Crab tartlet with Oscietra Caviar, Orkney scallops with lime, crème fraîche and cod’s roe and a pecan, salted caramel and milk chocolate entremet (to share).
