This year, 45 Park Lane ushers in the festive season with a celebration of art, craftsmanship, and culinary excellence. The Dorchester Collection’s bold Mayfair landmark is transforming into a winter sanctuary for Christmas 2025 where creativity and comfort come together.

The 2025 Artist’s Tree by Ian Turnock
At the centre of this year’s festivities stands the hotel’s annual Artist’s Christmas Tree, designed by acclaimed British sculptor Ian Turnock, whose work is inspired by the natural geometry and structures found in the environment. His intricate designs, often crafted from laser-cut metal, explore the balance between shadow and light, form and stillness, themes that come to life in this installation.
The 2025 Artist’s Tree is an evergreen Normann Fir that embodies renewal and the transition of the seasons. Turnock’s sculptural decorations, made from contrasting metal finishes, will cast shimmering patterns of light and shadow, evoking the stillness of winter and the play between darkness and radiance. The result is a striking centrepiece that captures both the calm and the magic of the festive season.
Turnock’s broader body of work, as featured on ianturnock.com, reflects a fascination with natural repetition, leaves, branches, and organic symmetry, translating the language of nature into delicate, architectural artworks. His interpretation of 45 Park Lane continues this tradition, transforming the lobby into a gallery-like space where art and celebration meet.

A Season of 45 Park Lane luxury
Beyond the artistry of the tree, 45 Park Lane has curated a series of festive offerings designed to make the holiday season both luxurious and personal. Guests staying in the hotel’s 45 rooms and suites, each overlooking Hyde Park, will find stockings, festive treats, and décor that immerse them in the warmth of the holidays.
Those seeking a festive stay can enjoy a morning swim in the spa’s 20-metre pool, breakfast in bed, or world-class omakase at Sushi Kanesaka, before winding down with signature winter cocktails at BAR 45. The hotel’s seasonal stay package includes an overnight stay, welcome cocktails, a festive treat on arrival, and a £150 credit to spend in the spa or restaurants.
