The Biltmore Mayfair have opened a summer terrace with a bottomless champagne brunch in partnership with Veuve Clicquot, plus a new spa partnership with Omorovicza’s Mayfair Institute. Spa and Champagne – an unbeatable combination!

Bottomless Bubbles at The Summer Terrace
Nestled in the heart of Mayfair, the Summer Terrace offers guests limitless flowing Veuve Clicquot champagne for 90 minutes at REALLY good value of £65. The menu crafted by Executive Chef Luis Campos splendidly complements the al fresco experience. To begin, there is a generous buffet offering a range of options including smoked salmon, oysters, dressed crab, cured meats, vegetarian options and everything in between.

The Brunch Food
After the buffet, you can then choose a main course like a poached egg and avocado on sourdough, elevated with scallion pesto and a sweet and sour yuzu dressing. Coconut pancakes are accompanied with wild berries and jam, matcha green tea cream, Thai basil, and maple syrup. For a more traditional lunch, there is also a roast option. Choose from whole corn-fed chicken, beef rib eye or braised lamb leg roasts with all the trimmings like proper duck fat roasted potatoes and a giant Yorkshire pudding. There is also a grilled fish of the day on offer too as a lighter yet elegant option.

Revitalising Spa Break – New Partnership with Omorovicza’s Mayfair Institute
Take a much-needed, revitalising break enjoying a skin therapy session at The Omorovicza Mayfair Institute. This is thanks to The Biltmore’s new Serenity Spa Experience—which includes breakfast and spa treatments. The spa brings the healing waters of Budapest and the therapeutic touch of Hungarian facial massage to the heart of the UK’s beauty and wellness landscape. The brand has a vast library of products and ingredients carefully handpicked to rejuvenate the skin.

Returning rejuvenated to the hotel, just a 2-minute stroll from the spa, guests can explore a meticulously curated selection of the finest wines and spirits at The Pine Bar. Expert mixologists will take guests on a journey back in time with vintage cocktail selections like the Biltmore Rye Manhattan from the 1960s, blending Biltmore Rye 1920s with Cinzano Vermouth 1960s.

Be sure to check out Grill 88; a fusion of global influences, showcasing the finest meats and wines. From the decadence of bone marrow to the exquisite flavours of wagyu beef and lobster, Grill 88 is a fab experience.
