What a superb dining experience and served in a short space of time too. Great quality ingredients and gave a real taste of Malta.

- Main Course: ‘Stuffat tac-canga’—a traditional beef stew with local Mediterranean vegetables and oven-baked sliced potato.
- Bakery Selection: A trio of oven-baked fresh Maltese bread.
- Cheese Platter: A curated selection of local goat cheeses, including pepper goat cheese, chilli rub goat cheese, and white goat cheese, paired with date & citrus chutney.
- Dessert: Traditional Maltese date fritters.
