Following the successful partnership with Bvlgari Hotels in Milan and Rome, Bvlgari Hotel London heralded the arrival of LOYA, the award-winning Swiss longevity brand, at its Spa with The Facial of Joy, an exclusive facial experience that brings together LOYA’s innovative approach to Swiss longevity science with Bvlgari’s signature philosophy of wellbeing.

LOYA: A new perspective on ageing
LOYA aims to reverse signs of ageing by reframing the benefits of youth as ageless for the mind and body. Named Best New Brand at the Marie Claire Beauty Awards, LOYA extends beyond physical appearance into the mental.
Its award-winning products contribute highly to the brand’s success. In 2025, its Foaming Cleanser received honours at the Woman & Home Best Beauty Buys, along with its serum for Best Serum at the Men’s Health Grooming Awards 2025.
These products form part of what guests can discover through the LOYA Spa Suite through the anticipated partnership.

Inside the LOYA Spa Suite
To commemorate the occasion, Bvlgari will host the LOYA Spa Suite. This space is dedicated to experiencing LOYA’s approach to skincare and longevity, where guests discover LOYA’s skincare collection. The Facial of Joy, Bvlgari’s signature facial ritual, is also enhanced by LOYA’s scientific approach to skincare and neurocosmetics.
Within the Suite, guests can discover LOYA’s products, including MicroBloom™ biotechnology designed for dermal rejuvenation and HappyFeelBoost™, introducing mood-enhancing scents.

The Facial of Joy
At the centre of the collaboration is The Facial of Joy, Bvlgari’s signature facial ritual, enhanced through LOYA’s neurocosmetics. The treatment intertwines Bvlgari’s wellbeing practice with LOYA’s dedication to longevity, creating an experience beyond traditional skincare.
Previously, The Facial of Joy has taken place through LOYA’s collaborations with Bvlgari Spas in Rome and Milan, and for the London arrival, and it forms part of the LOYA Spa Suite. The occasion invites guests to experience LOYA’s advanced science within the environment of The Bvlgari Spa. Available in two formats, the experience offers a 50-minute treatment at £250 and an 80-minute treatment at £400.

The Bvlgari Spa: A Sanctuary for Modern Wellness
The LOYA experience will take place at The Bvlgari Spa, an urban wellness retreat in London’s Knightsbridge. The Spa has recently expanded its wellness journey centred on three pillars: recovery, sleep and longevity. These pillars enhance its existing programme of advanced treatments. Its newer wellness services include hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a dry float experience and a Recovery Suite featuring an ice bath.
The space reflects Bvlgari’s tranquil approach to luxury spaces, with interiors designed by ACPV’s Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel. The Spa includes a 25-metre pool, and the Private Suites offer a secluded space with a steam and treatment room.
Additionally, the Hotel offers a 150-square-metre fitness room and The Studio, dedicated to small group sessions. The Spa adopts a holistic approach, combining advanced skincare techniques with massage, catering each practice to every guest’s individual needs.
The Spa’s dedication to long-term internal and external wellbeing lends the ideal setting for LOYA’s arrival. The collaboration showcases longevity as a practice centred on sustained wellbeing in an existing environment rather than a new concept.
Longevity Beyond Anti-Ageing
Longevity has increasingly moved beyond the traditional idea of striving for a younger look. Instead, the conversation is shifting from the external to the internal, where the need for quality of life is increasing, rather than focusing on appearance. Skincare, therefore, becomes a small step towards rejuvenation in the face of ageing. This rise in longevity indicates a shift in luxury, focusing on the promise of lasting benefits rather than momentary indulgence. Luxury is no longer framed around the present moment, but rather around what a treatment contributes to one’s future. Collaborations like Bvlgari Hotel London’s partnership with LOYA foster the growing expectation that luxury not only invokes comfort but also contributes to long-term health.
The partnership between Bvlgari Hotel London and LOYA reflects an evolving understanding of wellbeing. Through the LOYA Spa Suite and The Facial of Joy, guests are invited to experience skincare through luxury and scientific innovation. Available at The Bvlgari Spa until December 2026, the experience offers a glimpse into how the future of luxury wellness embraces healthy ageing.
