Elliott Grover will again bring a taste of 45 Park Lane to The Governors Ball at The Oscars 2025.

The Oscars 2025 dishes and a new cocktail
Elliott’s dishes will iconically highlight traditional British cuisine with fish and chips, toad in the hole, and Beef Wellington taking the stage. These iconic British dishes will of course have the Elliott Grover touch to them. The toad in the hole features quality local premium sausages as well as wagyu beef dripping infused into the Yorkshire pudding. The fish and chips also have a secret little something in the fish batter including a hint of curry powder and Tobasco to give that zing. In collaboration with Wolfgang Puck Catering and chef Eric Klein, each dish embodies British culinary traditions alongside Wolfgang’s refined level of service for Hollywood’s most anticipated celebration.

The Winning Sip – By Enrico Perri and Mario Gualtieri
These dishes will be available to the public in London before their debut in Hollywood at 45 Park Lane’s BAR45 until 9 March, paired with a specially crafted cocktail. The Winning Sip features Don Julio Reprosado, coffee, pineapple and vermouth. This is an elegant drink with a long finish, served on a replica Oscars staircase.

Elliott has a rich culinary background and is one of the kindest, most humble chefs in the industry. He is also smart and executes dishes with precision and care. Elliott knows what people like to eat. When asked about the Oscars food lineup, Elliott said: “I am incredibly honoured to be bringing classic British dishes to the event for a third year with Wolfgang, especially celebrating his 31st year cooking for the awards.”
This is also a fantastic opportunity to make a difference, with proceeds from these special dishes donated to the Motion Picture & Television Fund’s Wildfire Relief Fund. This fund supports individuals who are working in the entertainment industry and have been impacted by the wildfires in L.A.
