Kasa & Kin is launching an exciting partnership premium spirits brand ARC, crafting bespoke cocktails alongside an expertly curated pairing menu.
Inspired by the tropical flora and flavours of the Philippine Archipelago, ARC Spirits are an independent family-owned ‘Full Circle Distillery’ sits on the foothills of Mount Makiling in the Laguna province, celebrating ‘the Best of the Philippines’ with their time-honoured traditional craft distillation process.
ARC are mixing a trio of hand-crafted creations: ARC Barrel Reserve Gin, ARC Botanical Gin, and ARC Lava Rock Vodka. Kasa & Kin’s pairing menu launches on 1 July, and is designed to elevate the intricate flavour profiles to the fullest, platforming the spirits’ surprising lightness and balanced complexity to perfection.
In addition to the new tasting menu, Kasa & Kin’s sizzling summer menu is packed with options for everyone whether it’s vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options you’re after, from Roasted Cauliflower with Annatto Glaze to BBQ-Smoked Aubergine; or top-of-the-range barbecue, from the decadent two-person Wagyu Côte de Boeuf from the renowned Trenchmore Farm to the tantalising Kasa Double Chori Burger topped with annatto lemongrass aioli.
