Chameleon London could be the greatest thing to happen to London since the 2012 Olympic opening ceremony, the Fourth Plinth at Trafalgar Square and air conditioned night tubes.
This new multi-experiential space set in One Marylebone has opened offering a one stop shop of luxurious fun with food, art, music, entertainment and much more.
Location
We like that Chameleon is a space that offers an assortment of experiences all to be enjoyed under one roof, saving us time and effort. This one roof is the really iconic One Marylebone, sitting at the cross roads between North, East and West London. This former church designed by Sir John Soane is literally a blank canvas that you can turn into a building of fantasy and dreams to create a memorable experience, something which Chameleon London have done. And here is how.
Eating
First we eat, then we do everything else.
Chameleon London has started with a bright, floral garden which will then transform into a tropical-style beach club for Summer to enjoy Chameleon’s signature cocktail, The Rimon, a pomegranate margarita with a twist.
There will also be styled greenhouses that will range from a space for four or a massive yet cosy greenhouse for 30 people. The greenhouses at Chameleon London will evolve with the seasons with each greenhouse offering a slightly different design.
Chef Elior Balbul will be delivering Tel Avivian gastro sharing plates like yellowtail sashimi with datterini tomato, aubergine carpaccio with raw tahini and a whole seabass with cous cous. Chameleon are also offering weekend brunches (dogs are allowed) and picnic hampers for takeaway with premixed cocktails or even champagne.
The Garden
God’s Garden is curated by Jason Poole & Alexandra Watson, the duo behind Artistically Twisted. As you enter through the speakeasy entrance which leads into ‘The Garden’, you’ll move into a glamorously-designed outdoor lounge. There will also be regular entertainment from resident DJs and live musicians and even Sunday cinema nights with cosy seating, blankets and popcorn.
The Club
Later in 2021, a new breed of London members club is being created. The Club will include a Mediterranean restaurant, private dining rooms and late night bar. ‘Friends of the House’ will be chosen and emailed password invitations to join. Who needs Annabel’s when you have the neon Jungle room (think Avatar style under the tree of life) and a late night bar with an in-house band pumping out live classics.
Prior the club launch, Chameleon will offer a new futuristic fitness experience – Chameleon Odyssey. Fitness fanatics can expect a 45 minute HIIT workout. All classes will be immersive, set in a spaceship style setting with an incredible lighting backdrop, DJs and surround sound. Each pair share a pod kitted out with the latest Technogym benches and rotate through drills and exercises.

The Soane and The Gallery
The Soane at Chameleon London will be a revolving space inside, showcasing different concepts, starting with magical wellness experiences in collaboration with Xscape Studio, with sound healing sessions, yoga and weekend mindfulness festivals.
‘Curious’ will mix theatre with dance and art, becoming a new multi sensory and surrealist experience with headline DJs, specialist lighting & sound design, theatrical sets, actors and musicians. The Gallery will showcase art from new and emerging talent as well as takeovers from world class artists.
It is safe to say that things are about to change. Chameleon London will slot into that much needed smart casual vibe and offer a new destination to create memories and reunite with life. Be a part of the place that celebrates London coming back to its very best.
