The summertime has arrived just in time for the Terrace at The Dilly, as they have launched a new Secret Garden. It is the only outdoor balcony overlooking London’s Piccadilly, where guests can ravish in the stunning views of the centre of the city and take in the cool breezes.
Decor
Away from the constant fast-paced movement of the West End, visitors to the new Secret Garden can relax and enjoy on the transformed balcony surrounded by birch trees, greenery, hanging vines, silk floral blooms and blossom arches across The Dilly Hotel’s grand pillars. The Secret Garden additionally has a new swing seat decorated with foliage and silk floral heads in pink, peach and cream to reflect the tones of the champagnes served… It truly is the perfect spot for a summer glass of rosé.
Elegant Drinks
Partnering with Champagne Pommery, Terrace at The Dilly offers three champagnes as well as two Château La Gordonne rosé wine options for date night, friends and family get-togethers or post work drinks.
Secret Garden Menu
A menu of small bites has been carefully curated to pair with the champagnes and rosés, all designed to be shared. Some of the menu options include a Salmon tartare with dill crème fraiche, and preserved lemon. Another highlight is a Valençay goat’s cheese with red onion marmalade and charcoal cracker. Next is a Saucisson with blue cheese mousse, rocket and watercress, and a Pissaladière with anchovy, black olive, and slow cooked onions.
The Terrace
Underneath the slanted glass ceiling and beautiful arches, guests can delight in The Terrace, the vibrant restaurant on the second floor and home of The Secret Garden this summer. The Terrace offers locally sourced London cuisine for delicious breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, or dinner experiences. This naturally light and stunning view deck is just one of the restaurants and a main highlight of The Dilly Hotel.
Terrace at The Dilly’s food and drink menu will also be available at The Secret Garden for those who wish to stay for lunch, dinner or cocktails.
