Made famous as a gorgeous and celebrity hangout, the original lifestyle hotel, Sanderson London, is partnering with B Corp brand, The Uncommon, to create the first vine-to-can terrace experience in London, The Uncommon Garden.
Located on Berners Street, The Uncommon Garden at Sanderson London is ready to welcome guests come rain or shine through to September. Guests can relax into the plush furniture and revel in the British décor at one of London’s most iconic hotels. Perfectly primed for picnics and drinking in back gardens, these fresh, aromatic bubbly wines and spritzers are designed to thrive in cans.

Outdoor Experience
Mirroring a classic English garden, the Alfresco Terrace fringes the front exterior of the building and is surrounded by a luscious hedge border. Fun watering cans decorate the tables with pops of vibrantly coloured dried flowers. The Uncommon’s elegant, vintage-style branding is showcased throughout the menus and details around the terrace, including coasters, placemats, and picturesque installations.

Delectable Drinks
The prime spot to people watch in central London, guests can choose from a variety of The Uncommon canned wines as well as other cocktail creations. Options include Bubbly White Wine made with handpicked Bacchus and Chardonnay grapes, as well as a light and bright Bubbly Rose Wine, with elements of fresh summer berries.
Alongside the wine in a can offering, Sanderson London’s expert team of mixologists have crafted a selection of deliciously seasonal Spritzers and Cocktails to be enjoyed. Highlights include the Elderflower & Cucumber White Wine Spritzer, a Mint & Jasmine Rose Wine Spritzer and the Raspberry Bouquet; a delightful blend of crushed raspberries and Beefeater Gin, muddled with The Uncommon’s English Rose Spritzer.

Sustainable Sips
In support of The Uncommon’s B Corp principles, the brand also partners with Kent Wildlife Trust to support wilding projects that immediately surround its English vineyards. Sanderson London will donate £1.00 from every The Uncommon wine, spritzer or cocktail to the charity to further help fund the pioneering work. Additionally, The Uncommon only ever use the finest quality grapes – Bacchus and the three Champagne varietals, hand-picked locally from its vineyards across Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.
As the first Certified B Corp wine in the UK, it has joined a global community using business as a force for good. Sustainability has been built at The Uncommon’s core and it exists to make beautiful wine for people, and for the planet.
