Two of the world’s most legendary chefs will come together for one night only on 7 June 2023 to host a unique culinary experience. Masterminded by General Manager Lee Kelly and Executive Chef Elliott Grover, Alain Ducasse will cook with Wolfgang Puck in an evening of culinary delights at CUT at 45 Park Lane.

The pair will be teaming up to create a gastronomic fusion of excellence, with each chef presenting dishes to create an outstanding six-course dinner. The evening will take guests on a culinary journey with exceptional pairings with blends of leading chefs’ talents and key dishes with carefully curated wine pairings. Both chefs will be accompanied by their award-winning teams including Elliott Grover and Jean-Philippe Blondet.
Born in the Landes, Alain Ducasse is at the helm of approximately thirty restaurants, from authentic bistros and casual brasseries to three Michelin-star restaurants, disseminated throughout seven countries. He founded Les Collectionneurs, a network of almost five hundred independent restaurants and hotels in Europe and his restaurant in London, Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, is one of the UK’s most prestigious restaurants holding three Michelin stars.
The name Wolfgang Puck is synonymous with the best of restaurant hospitality and the ultimate in all aspects of the culinary arts. The famed chef has built a brand encompassing three companies and currently holds three Michelin stars (two for his restaurant Spago Beverly Hills and one for CUT, which earned its star just one year after opening). He is also known for catering the Governors Ball, the Academy’s post-Oscars celebration, which he has been doing for nearly 30 years.
Located on the ground floor of 45 Park Lane, CUT’s London outpost was Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant in Europe. Set within the glamorous art deco Dorchester Collection hotel at 45 Park Lane, CUT restaurant offers luxurious and contemporary interiors by Thierry Despont, alongside artwork by world renowned artist, Damien Hirst. The luxurious dining room, adorned with elegant wood panelling and plush leather banquettes, exudes an intimate ambiance perfect for both business meetings and romantic occasions.
The very special dinner will be served from 6-10 pm on 7 June 2023 priced at £633 per person.
