28 Fragments® on the 28th Floor is one of the event highlights of 2021 celebrating art, food and fashion with an exclusive one night only experience in Galvin at Windows. Artist Nat Bowen is launching a new collection of artwork in true London Fashion Week style on 20 September 2021 with an immersive and unique ‘artwalk’ party, transforming the whole restaurant into a catwalk.
Nat Bowen is one of the UK’s leading contemporary resin artists. A self taught artist and well known for her vibrant, multi-layered resin pieces inspired by Chromology, she has a long waiting list and is a favourite amongst celebrities and some of the world’s most prolific art collectors.
In collaboration with the Galvin at Windows and 10 Degrees Bar at The London Hilton on Park Lane, 28 Fragments® on the 28th Floor launches with a one night only unique futuristic immersive ‘artwalk’ performance. Guests will be treated to cutting-edge, colourful savoury and sweet delights inspired by Nat’s artworks by Galvin at Windows Head Chef Marc Hardiman. Overlooking unparalleled views of central London, models will be showcasing the new collection of 28 Fragments® to a live DJ set with Charlotte De Carle. This will be accompanied by new-wave opera fusion artist Claudillea against a backdrop of music-responsive illuminated artworks.

The collaboration between Nat Bowen and Galvin at Windows was master minded by Peter Avis who is also spearheading an ongoing 12 week student mentoring programme to support young people in hospitality. “I feel privileged to be able to work alongside Nat to continue the evolution of Galvin at Windows, with my ambition to inspire guests through this next-level dining experience that redefines the style of service, style of artwork and style of modern cuisine,” said Peter Avis, General Manager of Galvin at Windows and 10 Degrees sky bar. “I can’t wait to see and taste the innovations of Chef Marc Hardiman, as he masterfully creates exclusive delights to match the theme of this amazing launch event.”
Galvin at Windows’ renowned Head Chef Marc Hardiman will be creating innovative, exclusive dishes for the event inspired by the art including smoked salmon, yuzu & beetroot cornet, an ice lolly of chicken liver parfait, damson & granola as well as a mushroom & truffle doughnut. Sweet temptations come in the form of two artisan salted caramel and raspberry desserts resembling the 28 Fragments®. There is also a bespoke cocktail specially created by Bar Manager Tomas Kracalik on offer at 10 Degrees until 3 October 2021 – all inspired by Nat Bowen’s signature style.
Two of Nat Bowen’s signature large-scale colourful artworks will be permanently on display at Galvin at Windows, elevating the space and complementing the restaurant’s world-class dining experience. 28 Fragments® on the 28th Floor reinvents how we can enjoy and purchase art as the collection will also be available to buy through Galvin at Windows.
